Please read before registering:

• Returning players: 
  • For a GUARANTEED to return to your team previously played with, you need to be registered AND paid by the deadline set forth: February 1 for U14 & below and March 15 for U15 & above.
  • If you are registered after the deadline set, there is no guarantee that you will be placed back on team as other teams may need players. This is so we do not have an imbalance of players on teams with some teams having a full roster while others barely have enough to take the field. 
• Birth certificate (Needed at time of registration):
  • A copy of the player's birth certificate (or passport) is REQUIRED.
  • A player CANNOT be placed on a team until date of birth is verified.
  • Scan & email it to office staff -OR- upload it to the player's GotSport account.

• International Clearance: (Players born outside of the U.S.)
  • Additional documents are required (FIFA requirement - independent of player's citizenship/residence status).
  • Player can not be placed on a team until cleared by North Texas Soccer Association. 
• Player Requests:
  •  Every effort is made to to try an honor a player's friend request. Keep in mind this is only a request and is NOT a guaranteed.
• Playing up a division (U4-U6 can not play up):
  • A player's age group is based on birth year.
  • A team's age group is based on the birth year of the oldest players.
  • A player's registration fee is based on the age group that their team is playing in.
  • Players can play up one division, but cannot play down a division.
• Refund Policy:
  • Registration fees may be refunded less a $15.00 processing fee.
  • NO refunds will be made after the first game has been played.
  • If GSA is unable to place a player on any team, the processing fee will be waived and a FULL refund will be issued.
• Team Information:
  • Rosters generally are released to coaches at least two weeks before start of season as long as their requirements are met. The head/assistant coach will reach out to players placed on their team.
  • Practices are scheduled at the head coaches discretion as they are volunteering to coach.
